I am a Ph.D. student at Kobe University, Japan since 2016. I graduate from Arba Minch University (MSc) in Economic Policy Analysis and Wollega University (B.A) in Economics.
I have more than five years of teaching experience in Debre Berhan University, Ethiopia. I teach Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Static&Dynamic Optimization, International Trade and Development economics for undergraduate students. Besides to teaching, I participate in research and community service provided by the Debre Berhan University. I was the leader of research and community section of Economics Department. Further, I provide consultation service for startups and companies at MAE consulting PLC.
My research interest includes International trade; Macroeconomic Policy; External debt; Regional trade negotiations. I am currently working on research focuses on trade facilitation and African Free Trade area using Gravity and GTAP model.
